Ha, nice! But don't get too 茶醉. It's a reminder to myself too.
Perhaps 2-3 cups per day should be enough. Not too much.
That sounds about right! I am caffeine sensitive though I still love tea. Also keeping to similar amount with 2-3 different types of teas each day.
Mixing different teas is fun!
