Peck Gee, thank you for such an amazing article. It’s a dream of mine to have the experience you had. I love when you wrote “In his teahouse, time disappears. The world softens. In it is a space that immerses the senses, where time slows, and silence speaks — a space with an invitation for reconnection, where each element is in harmony. “ Eternity flowed through me reading. 🙏🏽❤️
Yolanda, Thanks for reading and I wish you dreams come true. :) So glad you enjoyed this, including that quoted sentence. It's a last minute addition that I wrote in the wee early morning hours just before my kids are awake for breakfast.
"There has been a few times when guests, even adults, have unexpectedly begun to cry." - that would be just like me to do that.... a great conversation, I learned a lot. 💖
So glad you enjoyed this, Paul! I think we carry with us, sometimes unknowingly, pent up emotions with nowhere to surface. It could be a person, it could be a place, but sometimes with time and a quiet space maybe just what we need.
to experienced practitioners meditation is a mind-set, posture and daily routine. What others consider an act of awareness and mindfulness training is an inner reflex to any outside happening. Humans are able to practise the amalgamation of senses, of which we have five and even more if you abandon yourself from unwanted outside impulses or irritations.
Your wonderful world of tearoom meditation is ideal for forming a peaceful space of Mindfulness. Materialistic manipulation of minds is a distraction of your individual purpose of serving others. Giving others can be so empowering and soothing, grandly practised in nature, where The Universe is performing its Arts. Myself practised meditation on MTB (mountain bike) and others may do alike within their own fields of beloved space.
The more you integrate your senses the more redeeming the experience becomes...
Xhoni, Thanks for your reflections. I agree, we can reclaim the connection with our senses. By synchronizing our body and wandering mind, in stillness, we can begin to recenter again.

Peck Gee Chua/Xhoni,
Thank you for your literal response...
Depending on your inner state - mind, body, soul and emotions, you perform aware mindfulness any moment. It is rooted profoundly without fail.
Signals unlocking on even level communicate on universal level.
